StrengthFit

We strive to provide excellence in traditional strength training techniques/programming in our StrengthFIt classes. This class was pioneered by the founders of Elite Performance in 2014 and it provided one of the only group Strength training classes in the world, using equipment and techniques usually only found in world class Strength and Conditioning programs/facilities and never taught in a group environment. Every month the programming for Strength is changed to create a periodized annual approach to Strength Development. Strength is the single most important physical quality we have as it is important for longevity, reduces injury and allows us to improve in all other physical endeavours we participate in. Our Elite Performance class Coaches give priority to establishing proper technique with all participants and provide modifications when needed. We provide a non-intimidating atmosphere and the class is scalable to all fitness levels.

GluteFit

After a warm-up of hip mobilization and glute activation you’ll go through glute supersets, triple sets or quad sets that will help you activate and fatigue all muscles making up the glutes. The class focus will be on proper exercise technique, glute strength and hypertrophy(muscle growth) using principles of progressice overload.
We provide a non-intimidating atmosphere and the class is scalable to all fitness levels.

HIITFit

High Intensity interval training. A very efficient aerobic and anaerobic workout that will have you working full body movements working together in groups of 3 or 4. Not only will you burn up to 1000 calories during the class but your metabolism will be elevated in the hours and days post-workout. We provide a non-intimidating atmosphere and the class is scalable to all fitness levels.

PowerFit

The class is designed to combine aerobic and anaerobic system development combined with strength training. A challenging group class where the coach will modify intensity to the needs of the individual. Participants can expect the following results while regularly attending PowerFit classes: bodyfat reduction, increase in lean muscle mass, improved aerobic and anaerobic capacity and an increase in strength. We provide a non-intimidating atmosphere and the class is scalable to all fitness levels.

StretchFit

This class will help those who struggle finding time to stretch effectively and efficiently, and is suitable for all ages, levels and abilities. Whether you work long hours at a desk, or train as a professional athlete, StretchFit will help you achieve your mobility goals. In this casual and supportive environment, you will benefit from multiple safe and effective stretch methods incorporated into a 75 minute class. With practice, your body’s tension will loosen, allowing for a greater range of movement and flexibility. This new found flexibility will translate into various aspects of your life: deeper squats, a better golf swing and better posture; just to name a few. Over time, you will discover your body taking you to new positions you had no idea you were capable of! You will feel looser and move with more ease and grace. Added benefits include better sleep!
