Elite performance offers one of the best group fitness classes in Vancouver. I’m on ClassPass and have tried various gyms in the area and have become a regular trainee at elite performance. This is clear that the program has been tuned and optimized over the years and the current format maximizes the use of space, offers diverse exercises, suits any trainee level, etc. All coaches here are professional and caring. The schedule offers good timing slots (3 in the morning, 1 at noon, 3 in the evening) that you can work around. Depending on your fitness goals you would find your relevant program here (strength fit, power fit, hiit, glute fit, etc). Overall, I have enjoyed my time at elite and recommend it to anyone who cares about their fitness!
