COO, Co-Founder of Elite PerformanceLance has 20 years of experience in the health and fitness industry in the areas of management, personal training and as a strength and conditioning coach Lance has been the personal strength and conditioning coach to multiple world champions, a two time Stanley Cup champion, a member of the Hockey Hall of Fame, a CFL all—star, a memorial Cup champion, multiple provincial champions and a national champion. Lance uses advanced techniques in strength and conditioning, movement training, fascial stretching, as well as supplementation and nutrition to help his clients receive world class results, to accomplish this Lance travels extensively to receive advanced continuing education all around the globe. SARAH BELLWOOD

Personal Trainer & Class CoachTJ is a certified barbell strength coach with over ten years of experience helping clients improve their physical selves to maximize quality of life. As a life long athlete, TJ played for the U18 BC provincial rugby team, was awarded a scholarship to compete as an NCAA Div1 sprinter and currently plays cornerback in the Top Flight Flag Football League. He is passionate about the philosophy that strength is the foundation that drives all movement and is dedicated to guiding you towards your best self with a carefully curated program focused on the balance of training and optimizing recovery.

FELIX HUI

Class CoachFelix’s core training philosophy is balance and longevity. He consistently encourages energy management in his classes: always do your best with the energy you have for that day, in that moment. You will leave feeling accomplished, confident and stronger than before the start of class!
Felix has been training himself since high school in addition to running, chasing and hitting various objects (tennis, soccer, ultimate) and was part of the rowing team throughout university. Outside of the gym, he enjoys exploring coffee shops, mountain trails, trying different fitness classes or learning a new physical activity that doesn’t involve barbells.
